Fusion are mid way through an office refurbishment in Manchester. The scheme will see dramatically increased working space for a growing headcount as numbers increase from the current 50 people up to a capacity of 100 if required. In addition to a new floor area for the working office, existing space is being re-stacked to increase meeting room availability from 3 rooms to 9. The new meeting floor layout includes a multi-purpose room configuration to convert from 3 individual conference rooms to an event space for 60.
The program of works includes sprinkler head relocation, upgraded air conditioning capacity and a staff breakout space, with an interim staff move in July. The 14 week office refurbishment program finishes at the beginning of September.
