A two-stage office fit out for Resource Solutions. This office set over two floors in Riverside, Salford, is home to the UK operations hub known as a Global Service Centre for the recruitment outsourcing firm. The UK GSC is home to almost 200 staff in a secure office.
The office fit-out was phased by floor, as the business ramped up its own staff recruitment. In total RS occupy over 12000 sq ft in this newly fitted-out office close to the Manchester Media City development.
As a back office hub the Riverside office has a clean and timeless fit-out scheme. All finishes are chosen for high traffic, constant use. Although budget constraints meant some compromise the office interior has good quality FF&E that will withstand the usage.
Working in the Riverside development involved careful coordination with landlord ops staff to ensure minimal disruption to other occupiers. Having a good site manager makes a difference to working with our neighbours.
Internal chinese walls meant the office floors are divided physically to create sub-groups within the back office space. Secure access has been incorporated to the sub-offices, and the spaceplan has shared communal spaces on both floors.
The phased fit-out scheme had an overall 12 week duration made up of two 6-week phases.
