A comprehensive office refurbishment coupled with expansion within the building has seen an increase to desk numbers and growth space plus an upgrade to meeting and event space facilities. An extra 5000 sq feet of office space was leased and all staff moved into the new area. As well as more desks the new demise has bigger teapoint capacity and internal meeting and training rooms.

The original 4000 sq ft office was extensively refurbished, retaining some interview rooms and a teapoint but adding 6 new rooms including a triple-room with sliding-folding walls and white conference tables. These new rooms provide great versatility for meetings and events. The white conference tables fold to support different layouts. Combinations allow room sets of 12, 20 and 24 people seated in boardroom layout. As a presentation room configuration the rooms are suitable for 20 – 60 people, and when cleared of furniture are ideal as a corporate event space for 60 or more.

AV installation has a drop-down projection screen at one end and three flat screen TVs within each room section. A master AV control pad operates the combined spaces. HVAC for the rooms was adequate in terms of plant but a controls upgrade allows for varying combinations of cooling or heating to cellular offices.

This Manchester office refurbishment was carried out over two phases and was completed a week ahead of schedule.
