Venture X have opened a new CoWorking Office fit out in London White City, with office design and fit-out by Fusion Office Design. Located at the White City end of the Westfield development, opposite the BBC centre in the rapidly developing Shepherds Bush/White City area, is a great new high-end co-working space. The design and fit-out project covers 2 floors, with space for well over 300 desks. This office design and fit out for co-working office White City London took 16 weeks on site following a design and visualisation process.

1 Ariel Way is a modern CAT A office and the two Venture X floors cover more than 1900 sq metres. Design development by Fusion played a role in evaluating the business model, helping to define the revenue expectations from the co-working layouts that support the overall project budget. Thoroughly exploring the space planning variations not only defines the occupancy numbers…it also defines the mix of desks within partitioned offices and support spaces such as the guest Lounge, conference rooms, teapoints and dedicated desk spaces.

Co-Working Office Design

The build-out office design is aimed at a high-end contemporary style in a building with fantastic views across west London. Central to the first impression is a centre-beam staircase installed as part of the project scope. The integrated Lounge and kitchen are located to make best use of the amazing views, with sunrise and sunsets changing the tones of the interior.

Kitchens on both floors incorporate all the latest coffee and tea making tech, under quartz worktops. The main Lounge kitchen is a true hub for the office community.

On the upper floor the high-end office design is continued into the conference room fit-out. Designed for capacity up to 20 the room can be sub-divided into meeting rooms for 12 and 8. Audio visual is possible to control for one large room with repeater screen if required, or split as two standalone configurations. A Crestron system with table-top control screens are linked to a mini comms cabinet concealed in a hidden cupboard within the conference room. The feature staircase installed by Fusion leads up past a joinery screen forming part of the staircase balustrade. The oak veneer post screen encapsulates a giant ‘X’ to subtly echo the Venture X brand.

Farthest from the reception and Lounge is a recording studio. Used for podcasts and rentable as a professional recording facility the highly insulated construction has created a level of sound proofing that supports commercial sound recording use.
