Recruitment outsourcing company Resource Solutions have relocated into city centre offices. Office design and build out by Fusion Office Design for the 6000 sq ft office show the eclectic interior with some carry-over furniture mixed with new accent elements to create a modern and vibrant office interior.
The 6th floor office was a blank canvass, but with great views and a roof-top terrace area. Space planning by Fusion kept the panoramic windows viewable from most parts of the office. A touchdown space is screened from a relaxed Welcome area. Booth style acoustic pods partly screen off the main open plan areas, in an eye-catching hot pink.
Build Out Interior Design
Fusion Office Design carried out the space appraisal, ensured the plans and build-out specification meet all building codes, and worked with our trade specialists to define the services brief for Mechanical and Electrical. This fast-paced format cuts down the time from concept to build, getting on site quickly and cost-effectively. Delivering the 6000 sq ft project included new furniture with company colours incorporated into the scheme.
Fast-Paced Office Build Out
The fit-out project was a fast-paced 6 weeks on site taking the building from a landlords refurb to finished office build-out. The works have achieved the target of a vibrant office interior. Unusual elements of this build-out include an integrated kitchenette that is in the open plan but screened using furniture. Good air extract ensures the air flow is controlled. The project budget managed to overcome a few challenges along the way. Electrical boards were left fully on display necessitating custom cabinetry in the kitchenette to enclose them yet still allow access.
A number of secure office and meeting spaces are included, meeting the needs of confidential client information control.
